"Breaking the gridlock on immigration reform"

Say what you will about more lip service, but it's better then him staying quite about this and I feel since he isn't attacking the White House as badly and actually not saying that the Dems as a whole are blocking this is a good sign that he's serious to getting something passed.
Plus I'm excited about the military side of the bill.

When Obama goes on MSNBC or CBS to talk about dream act, then we are talking. Here we have Rubio, a Junior senator whose career can be derailed for supporting this, going on FAUX news and representing us.

Not particularly. His base knows that it's election year and won't really care what it takes to beat Obama as long as he is out of the office. There will be barely any backlash toward this bill from the conservative base rather, it would simply come down to a Yay or Nay in the House.

We have to remember that this election isn't necessarily about Romney vs. Obama. It has come down to Obama vs. The Conservative Right in which they do NOT care who is president, as long as it's not Obama.

If his base actually raised voice for Rubio supporting this bill, I would be highly surprised.

Either way he is going in front of public and representing. Do not tell me that when he is up to reelection his conservative opponent will not bring this up against him.

Also, nothing is excuse for Obama to not be doing anything about our cause.

Hmm, representing can also be viewed as pandering, which is what I am more inclined to believe. If Romney's camp can even take about 25% of the Latino Vote for Obama, it'll be seen as a victory for him, which is bad for us. And even if his opponent does bring it up, it likely won't be an issue considering he represents a state that is more lenient on issues with Immigration because of the big Latino/Cuban community in Florida.

by the way look at how theyre proping him to look good, i think he is gonna b romneys running mate,if they really did help legalize a big majority of immigrants i dont see a problem with them getting latino votes, but after how theyve been acting 4 years i cant see it as the best way to split up latino dem support, and then not go thru with the bills, what better way to do it than that

I doubt he's gonna be romney's running mate. Way too many potential scandals in the woodwork and plus he has done so far really nothing in DC. Romney's gonna play it safe on the veep selection. Whoever's being talked of as the number one candidate for veep never gets it.

The other potential would definitely be Bush's younger brother, former Teaxs' governor...
