did not graduate high school...

i came here since 2002 illegally.

i graduate elementry and middle school

but i dropped out high school @ senior year, because i have to take

care my little brother and sister....

am i not qualify for dream act?

well u have to get a GED.. im not sure if you have to already had a GED till the day this was put through(today) or if you can still get it. They do need to clarify.

Go get a GED!! Obviously you already qualify because you had to have a visa to get here all the way from Asia!! Take a free GED course and pass the test.

The hotline would be open beginning Monday(June 18th) , you should give them a call and ask this question because none of us know for sure. My 2 cents is that you should get your GED within the next 2months and you should be able to apply. The USCIS hotline is 1-800-375-5283.
