Does it matter if you recently got your GED (before the announcement was made on the 15)? My sister meets all the criteria expect she just took her GED exam two days ago.

Not sure, but one would think that she hadn't met the requirements by the June 15th so she might not qualify. However the requirements say "or be in school" so she might be able to say that she was in school during that time while studying for the GED. You should get an answer from a lawyer though or try calling the hotline with that question.

No, it does not matter at all, as long as she's a HS gradate or has earned a GED.

Not all 25-30 yr. olds are still in college right, or high school for that matter. : ) Theory and practice people, that's all it is.
