Deferred Action Grant
After the process is announced and applicants file applications for deferred action, a Notice of
Action, Form I-797, will likely be issued providing the person with 2 years of deferred action
from the date of the notice. It is unclear whether 30 year olds will be approved for 2 years, or
just until they turn 31.

I am no valid source, but I would not sweat much over this. It is only logical that once you qualify for deferred action, you will be good and able to renew. " or
just until they turn 31. "
That portion makes no sense what so ever. Okay, so if you where 30 years old+ 364 days then you get deferred action for a day??? THAT MAKES NO LOGICAL SENSE WHAT SO EVER.

Just hold on. I would not be to worried though.

Just think about it and you will see that it would not make sense.

cheer up my friend.!

30 year old are not screwed. Stop spreading misinformation. That link you provided is nothing more than the opinion of some lawyer.

This is just speculation. No one knows for sure. We will have to wait to see. I'm closing the thread.
