Since getting birth certificate is a little burden for my origin country, I'm trying to use my passport and/or visa to prove my birthday so that I can prove I came here before being 16 years old. Do you guys think it will be enough?

well, since we have to submit multiple documents, such as school transcripts, passports, i-94, and etc. If they all match on your birth date it should be fine.

Passport should do. As long as you've got other stuff, like bseo mentioned, you should be good.
