Guys, please read the faq and all the information in the forum before bombarding this forum with repetitive question over and over again in regards to deferred action. Somebody recently told me, that the lawyer told them that they are going to need a vaccination records, or update the shots.

I laugh because first of all I think is absurd, and second nobody knows if we need it.

Meh vaccinations should serve as medical records, so they can be used to prove that you were in US.

Lol did you know that for someone who's going to adjust their status needs to have this.
It's one of the ways for the USCIS to be informed if youre carrying any harmful diseases that you may spread.
And they might require this. So dont laugh just yet.

People who adjust their status gets a medical, they can check through that.

I am 99.8% sure we will need to show medical records cuz even before coming to USA with a visa you need to get your immunizations. USCIS will most likely want to make sure EWI's have their vaccines.

though that should easily be covered since we were enrolled for schooling.
