If I worked under the table and I didn't pay taxes because I didn't have an ITIN. Wouldn't that show up if I use bank statements as part of my proof? I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering this.

They are not the IRS and will not audit you if you are wondering.

You can pay back taxes after getting your social.

I have a problem also regarding bank statements. Let's say you worked with a made up social, and the job you are working at, you enrolled in direct deposit. So on your bank statements, you might see something that says "(insert name of company here) payroll". Would this be a problem? or raise some suspicion?

Like the previous person said, they are not the IRS, they are not going to audit you, or raise suspicion. They don't care how much money you have or where it came from. You will be using bank statements to provide proof that you have been here for a period of time.
