Ok, so I have my appointment to renew my old expired passport in the Colombian consulate August 22. I arrived to the USA with my old passport 10years ago and have never since then renew it. My question is do we know yet if we would have to submit the copy of the new passport or is it fine to submit the copy of the old one, taking into consideration that I have my immigration stamp of entrance on it?
I also wont get my new passport until august 30 or so, and I want to apply the 15.

The old one is fine. A new passport doesn't support any of the requirements for deferred action, it only serves as a government ID for our biometrics appointments. Copies always, never submit originals to USCIS unless they specifically ask.

Thanks. I was able to change my appointment date to next week, so I will get it faster. Will wait on the release of new info to see what else they say.
