Parents 1040 return and DACA

I really want to include my parents 1040 income tax return for I am listed as dependent. My question is which page? Just the ones with my name and itin? Or the whole form. It's only 2008, 2009 and 2011. Their legal btw.

It is the first page where it has your parent's social security number on the top and underneath, there should be your and your siblings (if you have any) ITIN on it.

Are you going to do the same?

include both pages of the 1040, the one were you are listed as a dependent and the one where they signed.

I'm trying to find that second page.
