I've pretty much assembled all the necessary documents for the DACA application, but the June 15th requirement is still eluding me:

"Documentation sufficient for you to demonstrate that you were physically present on June 15, 2012, the date the memorandum was issued, may include, but is not limited to: financial records, medical records, school records, employment records, and military records."

School records: I wasn't in school during or near June 15th, my college transcript only goes up to March 2012.

Medical records: No trips to the hospital in years.

Employment records: never been employed.

Financial records: never had a bank account or credit card.

Military records: never been in the military.

The only thing I can think of that I have to work with is my passport. Is there anything on there that can prove I've been here since my last arrival up until now?

Just have someone testify that you were here on June 15th. Make sure it's done appropriately and you should be fine.

Are you enrolled for Fall?
Go to school and ask for a proof of enrollment. If you go in person, they'll show a date when it was printed on the proof.

Where can I find info on how to get a testimony of physical presence?

As for Fall, I am still on the fence in regards to enrolling or not. I live in CA and the CA Dream Act kicks in Winter 2013. I talked to my counselor about it and she agreed that it would be smart to save up and enroll then when tuition will be much easier to pay. Alternatively, I can just open a bank account.

I was looking through the FAQ about circumstantial evidence and found this:
"For example, if you do not have documentary proof of your presence in the United States on June 15, 2012, you may nevertheless be able to satisfy the guideline circumstantially by submitting credible documentary evidence that you were present in the United States shortly before and shortly after June 15, 2012, which under the facts presented may give rise to an inference of your presence on June 15, 2012 as well."

So would a college transcript ending at March 2012, plus a bank statement/proof of enrollment on August 2012 count as "shortly before and shortly after June 15"?

I had the same problem until my texting logs prove that I was physically here on June 15th. Do you have a cell phone? If so, check your calling/texting logs.

Even with texting logs nothing is under my name. My phone is under a family plan under my father's name. He's the only one who could sign up because he has an SS.

You do not need something explicit to prove you were here on June 15th. Have you received a letter, bill etc in June or August? If not, just go "do something" now. They just need to be able to safely deduce you were here around that time.

No bills, I am not responsible for paying any bills at all nor am I subscribed to anything. Any purchases I've made are all under my family's credit cards/names.

Pretty much everything I buy personally is cash and that doesn't leave a paper trail at all.

I'm looking through my junk mail and I have an unused coupon mailed to me on April 2012.

Right now I am thinking of getting a notarized letter of residence with my landlord attesting to me having lived here since I moved in up until now. That should be enough to prove I was here on June 15th right?

I've got a similar situation guys, I had a job close to the beginning of the year but then I quit. After I don't have anything proving I was here until late July ( I opened a bank account) this should be enough no?
