How do i proof i been living in the US the last 3 years? I pretty much been working at Swap meets, babysitting, and I've also done a little construction since I graduated High school. I don't have a bank account nor have I had a doctors appointment in the last 3 years. What do I do to prove I been living here? I could get some affidavits from family members stating I've been here, but affidavits won't be enough. I can't get a lawyer because I just have enough to pay the $465.
I graduated in 09' so i have proof that I've been here since kindergarten and medical records before that.
Any recommendations?

-This may seem silly, but why don't you try Facebook Timeline? You can "check in" so there may be some record of you doing that

-Pictures of yourself in front of something that's local

-Text logs. One user said that he found his logs contained his location

-Receipts. I know it's not good evidence but if you have them, use them

-Hotel Receipts. They usually contain your name, date, location and some hotels give you keys with your name on it

-Theme Park cards. Some theme parks like Bush Gardens give season passes with your name and year

-Library cards keep a record of your address

-Gym membership cards will also do the same for you

-Do you have your own place to live? You can show your utility bills. If you live at home, try to obtain letters that are directed to you

-Get a record of your construction work (such as checks made to you)

-XBox membership / eBay membership / Craigslist membership /etc. Any online accounts that you have might have some proof of your presence

======

Okay that's as far as my creativity will take me for now. I know not all the options I've given are helpful/useful but it may give some back-up proof

Thanks for your help but I really don't have none of that. When I'm not working I'm helping my parents out. I'm still living with my parents and my dad has a green card so the bills are all under his name. And I always got paid cash. I never liked working with a fake social some of my family and friends got caught using fake SSN around 2010. That made me a little paranoid getting a "real job".

I would hope that whoever is reviewing these evidence will use sound judgement. For example someone who has a consistent attendance record in high school base on there transcript and doesn't have much to show after that because they may not have attended college after they graduated, that there good attendance record would work in there favor because of limited or lock of evidence.

Should I try to slip in a letter to explain what my situation is to the person that reviews my case? Would it help?

You're in a very tough situation.

My suggestion to you would be that since you can't get a lawyer, seek someone in your community who helps Dreamers. There are many organizations that are helping Dreamers nationwide. Seek their help! They also have many lawyers around the country that are willing to help dreamers at no cost!

See what you can find here:

Try to get good affidavits from family members and friends that are to precisely to the point. If you can get anything, at least 1 thing from a certain year, and an affidavit for that year, it would be better than nothing. Whoever you have babysat for, get an affidavit from that person stating you have done so and so for them in that time. Be as creative as possible, look through all your pant pockets for receipts if you have to.

You are almost in the same situation as me. I graduated in 09 and didn't do nothing until 2011. So I'm missing stuff for 2010 and I'm using affidavits from my family saying I lived with them during that time. After that, I have bank statements.

Of course it is clear that many undocumented kids in the US are unable to retrieve financial, employment, or medical records because its TOUGH FOR US MAN. SO USCIS knows this. If you can prove through affidavits that you have lived with your family since whatever time until present day...I believe the officer handling your case would understand if you have provided so much evidence that you were here for so long. For instance, you have been here for almost 20 years out of your what, 21 years of life? And if you're missing, 3 years, which you are backing up with affidavits, the officer will understand.

TRY YOUR BEST TO PROVE RESIDENCY SINCE 91 TO 09.
