Since both of these have the same requirements does it mean that if we get approved Deferred Action we'll also get approved the Dream Act when it passes?

Well, I think that they might either require DACA or the ones with DACA might have easier application process.

Probably, I won't be surprised if one of the possible qualifying options for a future Dream Act were to be "Has been granted deferred action under June 15th 2012 Department of Homeland Security memorandum 'Deferred action for childhood arrivals' (DACA)." (Of course not excluding those who have decided not to apply or were unable to, basically have a section with the old requirements and a new section specially for DACA approved).

If not we'll have to send the same stuff as we'd send in for DACA again.

If DA passes after we all get our EAD from DACA, only thing we migh have to send is copy of college requirement and simply apply for green card since they will have everything they need from our side. If obama is reelected DA has good chances of passing it soon.

It would be whole new process though right? Like starting all over for new applications?
