If you have anything around that date you will be fine. Its stated somewhere in the guidelines.

READ

"For example, if you do not have documentary proof of your presence in the United States on June 15, 2012, you may nevertheless be able to satisfy the guideline circumstantially by submitting credible documentary evidence that you were present in the United States shortly before and shortly after June 15, 2012, which under the facts presented may give rise to an inference of your presence on June 15, 2012 as well. However, circumstantial evidence will not be accepted to establish that you have graduated high school. You must submit direct documentary evidence to satisfy that you meet this guideline."

Uh no! Don't answer questions if you don't know.

I think this is a very important question. e773396, I'm in the same boat too. I'm 20, but I don't have a driver's license, I don't have a job, I can't print out bank receipts because I don't have a bank account, I didn't have to go to the doctor that day and I certainly wasn't in school that day.

I'm just wondering if someone can tell us what we can use as "credible documentary evidence". The only thing I can think of is my cellphone records and mail. I have cellphone records showing I made calls that day and mail that from my college that came a week before.

If there's anyone that went to a workshop today and got an answer for this, please let us know!

I'm sending out some store receipts from June 20. They're not going to say where were you 5 days ago when I have docs providing residence all the back to '97 ;p

I think this June 15th thing is ridiculous. They know that we are here, because there is no record of us leaving or REentering. We came here and never left.

If someone is in High School and on Summer Break and didnt do anything "officially" during that time, then of course they cant prove it. But, they only need it IMO if they have any suspicion that you were not here on that day.
