I have sent mine in. I used USPS Priority mail. Live in Texas, so I sent it to the Dallas location. Collected most of the documents I needed last week, and carefully filled out the application yesterday. Good to go.

Umm.. no. Your lawyer did not read the instructions well then.

I-765 Instructions, page 6. Under "Required documentation"

Section 2.C.

If he keeps insisting you don't need it, I suggest getting a new lawyer.

18.) They don't care about college, just your high school status. So High School Graduate, then additional information page, put your college information.

19.) High School, City, State

20.) High School Graduation date.

I did (Fedex Ground Overnight... I live 5 miles away from USCIS Lockbox ), and I'm feeling better and better by the minutes. I dodecatuple checked it yesterday, and quadruple checked it this morning, while my three good friends each checked it multiple times as well.
