Hello, I have a question about the Deferred Action.

So far I meet all the requirements needed except for one.

- I have no criminal background
- I graduated from high school and I am currently in college.
- I came to the United States before the age of 16
- I am not 30+ years old.

but the only thing I am missing is the date of arrival. I got here not on or before June 15th of 2007 but a month and 1 day later from that date which was July 16th, 2007.

Do you guys think I still qualify?
Should I still Apply ?
Would they deny it just because of that ?

I'm confused

That means you're missing 2 requirements

- "You must have entered United States before June 15, 2007"
- "You must have resided in US for at least 5 years since June 15, 2012"

I don't think you'd qualify. Sorry.

I don't think you qualify. If it was a fine print, you might have had a chance, but the requirements are pretty much the signatures of the memo.

Don't.

You don't qualify and will only slow the process down for others who do.

Better luck next time.

Once they see a requirement not met, you either get denied (for now and other applications that MAY come up).

Or if you put in fraudulent information, then they get a whiff of that in a background check, you'll be worse off than currently.

I am not going to put anything fraudulent. I am going to put the exact dates, and in the extra space provided I am going to explain my situation.
