I've had tps for about 6 years but I qualify for deferred action , I was wondering if anyone here is in the same situation and how to go about changing my status .
I would like to be under deferred action since TPS has no real future and deferred action seems more promising , any advice would be much appreciated.
Sorry, if you have TPS you don't qualify for DACA. This is from the guidelines:
