I love helping my fellow dreamers,

If I don't happen to come back here the rest of the day feel free to email me your questions.

[email protected] I am pretty well informed.

Or you can call (88 349-9695
That's the USCIS Help hotline.
The wait is 30-45 mins.
They are nice and will help you for free.

It's not a REQUIREMENT , but if u want to u can.
If u decide to translate it, might as well notarize it too!

1) I came here with someone else's passport via plane to RFK Airport in NYC am I EWI? I dont have the passport nor do I have it. But I did come here by plane. What do I put for manner of entry

2) If I fill it out online do I only use caps for the last name, or for everything?

3)The city where it said I was born on my passport is not where I was really born but I did grow up there and went to school there. Do I just use it anyway?

4)I wass arrested for misdemeanor battery last year but the charges were dropped. Do I still have to put that I was arrested in there?

1. U should really see a lawyer, because entering on someone else documents means u have committed fraud and i believe that means u will be banned for life. If i were u i would just forget about that, and just say u entered without inspection and leave it at that. Maybe someone else is more informed than i am, but i do know using someone's documents equals lifetime ban. I do not know if that's applicable in our situation, but please be careful.

2. Only use all caps where it says to use all caps. Besides that u can type regularly.

3. I really dont think that matters, u can go by what it says on ur birth certificate or just claim the city on ur passport as ur birth city.

4. That is the tricky one, but if it was dropped i believe u should be fine. U will need all the records from the case and submit them, but me personally would talk to a lawyer (u can call one of those free consultation guys) to get a lil more info. I like to be very cautious when there are any gray areas, because i figure they will be looking for reasons to not give us DA.

Hi, I want to apply for Deferred action, but my case is little problematic.
First I do have all documents except proof of immigration status. Because I lost my passport with I-94. I do have travel certificate which was expired.

How can I resolve this?

Hi, I came here on the year 2000, I have a record for each year except on 2007 which I don't have any proof except picture that has dates on it. Will that be enough?
