Just talked to lawyer...

I just talked to lawyer about my DACA application and some of things might help you all:

1) List every single addresses you count as your home since you came to US.
2) DO NOT HIDE ANYTHING FROM USCIS.
3) DON'T use any fraud docs.
4) Don't need sealed tanscript longest its your transcript.
5) Try to use your strongest evidence possible, Don't overwhelmed them with docs which can cause more delay and more questions to your case.
6) Try to cover every single bullet points on guidlines.
7) Don't worry about biomatric required ID, they'll be very reliable on it.(Hint: you can use your libraby card to get your biomatric done).

I would sugest lawyer even if your case is clear as water if you can afford, b/c you will only get 1 chance and that is all. He charged me $1000 +$465 for fees.

Did he charge you for the actual consultation?

I don't see what is the point of hiring a lawyer. Lawyers are only needed if the applicant doesn't comprehend the language or has a criminal record. Just my fucking 2 cents.
