Name Question for DACA Form. Help?

Hey, I saw that there's an "Other names used" portion on the DACA form. Ok, on my birth certificate, I have two first names along with the usual middle and last names. So it looks like this - first name 1, first name 2, middle name, and last name.

My problem is I basically ignore my first first name (first name 1) and go by my second first name (first name 2) on absolutely everything I do. I'm going to change my name to just first name 2 once everything is fixed but for now, I'm stuck with two first names for now. My questions are:

1. I put my total full name on the forms, right?

2. Do I put the name I go by (first name 2, middle and last name) in the "other names used" portion of the DACA form?

Kind of confusing, I think but can you guys help me out?

Put you official name in all your forms (first name 1 first name 2 last name 1 last name 2). On "other names used" you can put first name 2 last name 1 last name 2, or whoever some of your documents show your name.

For example, I have 2 last names and some of my documents only include 1 last name and not the second one. So under "other names used" I put my full name without my second last.

Yeah I'm gonna do the same thing

My official name is A B C

Where A is my first name and both B C are my last (family) names.

But I usually go by A C only, without the B, so I will put A C under "other names".

Oh, you too? I thought I was the only one with the same exact problem.
