You can put whichever. If you put college, send in your High School Diploma as well, as it is the minimum they are worried about.

Yes, but submit copy of high school diploma as well. College Transcript is mainly to prove the 2007-2012 requirement.

I just did what the question was asking so I put in school - college. People are saying they only care if you went go high school or not, well that's why I plan on sending awards and my diploma.

Just answer what it's asking, that's why my opinion.

I'm in college in a different state from my High School. I have my High School transcript, but NOT MY HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. Does any one forsees a problem with submitting the transcript, but not the diploma?

Initially I did put "High School Graduate" (as I read many advised putting that - aggh peer pressure!) with all the relevant HS information but on the last minute before sending, I changed my mind (again) and put "College Graduate" instead. I understand that they just want you to see if you meet the HS/GED education requirements but in the end of the day, the form is asking for your "current education status" and you should answer that as direct as you can. Put what is most truthful and not what's most "convenient" for the requirements.

Remember you're not only submitting just the I-821D form. You submit documents to show that you graduated from a U.S. High School as supporting evidence as per the I-821D instructions.

Anyways that's my rational behind it but I don't think this is going to matter much as in if you put down High School Graduate, they'll see your College Transcript / Certificate; and if you put down College Graduate, they'll see your High School Transcript / Certificate.

...Hopefully

Tomato, Tomato right?
