I wish it passed tomorrow.
2014 seems so long, I'd be close to 30 by then.

considering there were more than 11,000 people that showed up at Navy Pier yesterday, being out and public about their status, I think if anything the greatest achievement of deferred action is that people will be more confident about coming out as undocumented youth, now that they will not be deported, and in doing so they will be able to let their friends that can vote and other people around them that can vote that those affected by the dream act are people that are close to them.

In doing so, the odds of the DREAM Act passing can only improve as more and more people learn who the undocumented youth are and what we are about.

Hopefully it results in more people coming out of the shadows and helping in the movement, in more people feeling confident and using their education and getting a higher education to become a valuable asset and contribute to the economy, the industry and the community.

Who knows. What I'm thinking is that they'll be like: "Oh, we already gave them deferred action, we already took care of them. Nothing left to do here". That's one way to think about it. But we must also consider how the congressional elections will turn out...

Yes.
And just like anything, the Dream Act lobby will have financial support from Dreamers themselves.

I wish it was passed on June 15th, instead of the Deferred Action but it is what it is.

2014? I think Dream Act will pass in 2012.

Remember Rubio was going to introduce his bill but did not.
