Like the title says has anyone talked to a lawyer about the june 15th requirement that you have to prove you were here that date. I don't have any of the evidence that is posted on the USCIS website. It would be nice if any of you with a lawyer would ask that question.

Whats to ask for? Its a key thing. You either need evidence you were here that day or two weeks before or after.

They will use circumstantial evidence to prove you were here on the 15th. For instance, I took a summer semester in college, but I don't have documentation proving I was here on June 15th. They will see that I went to school those months and be able to assume that I did not leave.
