If you become a permanent resident later on, all the money that goes to you Social Security from working will be returned when you retire!

You can get all that stuff (minus the DL and the scholarships in some states) without a SS#.

Assuming the SS# was obtained through permanent residency:

First and most important benefit, minimizing the risk of getting deported by 99.9% (.01 is for the idiots who manage to get themselves deported)
Second, not having to rely on TPS programs.
Third, financial investing
Fourth, federal aid
Fifth, military

Correct, can't join the military under this DACA quasi-status.

The only benefits I care about are being able to work (legally) and go to school without having to pay that damn 'out of state' tuition bullcrap.

I laughed at this. If you think we'll have the SS system currently in place in 2070 you are naive.

you need to be a permanent resident in order to join the military. although you may get a SS# through DACA, you still wouldn't be able to join.
