For anyone who has talked to a lawyer already in the cases of using a false SSN? Or having a juvenile record or having tickets for minor traffic violations?

What have the lawyers said?

From what I know, if the questions asks for SS# you have used then you are better off listing any fake ones. They will come up on the background check anyways. They have stated repeatedly that this will not count against you. Talk to a lawyer to be sure. I filled in mine. People have different opinions on this.

Yeah. Different people are saying different things. I was advised not to include them.

As far as juvenile records are concerned, disclose them. Try to get records from the PD and/or court. Look through what USCIS is counting as a significant misdemeanor. If you have one I would exercise caution in applying and strongly suggest you talk to a lawyer.

This really is my only worry about if I get it or not. I worked a Not for Work Purposes SS. If I don't get it cause of this then at least I'm almost done with school and then I'll leave. Had to take the risk.

Yeah. I used a fake one, under a fake name. I'm unsure of whether to put it.

If you used a fake name why take the risk and put it? I would say you are pretty safe.
