Do you guys think if mistakes on the application can deny you from the benefit? I did my application with a lawyer. I reviewed the form very thoroughly, so there wasn't a mistake so far, but I couldn't review the cover letter and organized proofs that I gave to my lawyer. While I trust him, he could also make a mistake right? If so, I'm okay with request for evidence or even reject as long as I still have chance to go through the application.

No, you won't get denied for a simple mistake.

mistakes can be corrected any time however, lies, fraud, not enough evidence, no evidence at all and people who don't qualify but applied anyways will get denied that for sure. you can relax if you went over everything with your lawyer. they don't really care for cover letters unless you are going to immigration court which you are not. the cover letter here is for fomality. the immigration agent will have the cover letter to guide him/her through all your evidence hopefully or will just have to find the evidence for their self. they are trained for disorganized packages arriving.

Anyone could have made a mistake on their application. Lawyer or not. However, I really doubt USCIS would deny someone from a simple mistake. You'll be fine.

if you don't have enough evidence they will make a request for more evidence.

I'm guessing it depends but at the same time, a human will be checking it not a robot.
