Like the title says, I have been working for the past 2 years with a made up SSN and i've gotten to know on these forums not to put it cause you do not want to give them any fake documents. Well if you are not putting down a SSN on the regular I-765 and you put that you are making 15k a year on the worksheet, then would it be a problem since there is no SSN but you're making money through a payroll from where you work.

I have this same problem. The only way of proving that I was here on the 15th of June is my bank statement for that month which has two transactions on that date with the store names and zip code that clearly show they are within the United States.

So if on the I-765WS I put that I make $0 (bank statements on evidence packet say otherwise) or my actual income...

if you have an income, then why would you put your income at $0? you should be honest about that.

So basically just put the true income and expenses and leave the SSN question blank? I dont think it will be a problem, they have to know most of us have to work to survive somehow!

I would seek legal help if I were you. From what you said at the beginning, it looks a bit complicated, and it could create problems for you because of the payroll.

I said i made $0 income because i only made like $3,000, which is basically chump change not income. Plus, i don't want to raise any red flags by saying i was working. They might ask for proof and i would have to send pay stubs, which is not good because of a fake SSN.

Unless you are working under the table or with your ITIN--technically not fraud--, then i would mention it. Also, if you make less than $6,000 annually, you should not state it.

Thats what im saying! Its' not like we get welfare or any of that stuff. Is that what you put when you sent it in? No SSN, but an income?

And for everyone else, they know regardless that you are working with a fake SSN cause you file taxes with a ITIN and i filed last year . Also i'm 20, but what about people that are like 25+ and have been here since 16, do they expect that they were at home not doing anything for over a decade?!
