Have you all send in your application, or what are you waiting for?

I'm trying to save up to get a lawyer since i don't have prove to show I've been here since 2009 or prove I was here near June 15 either. Should i even bother applying or what do you guys think I should do. This is gonna really suck if i spend all this money and get rejected for not having enough proof even though I've here since i was 3 months old.

If you don't have enough proof they will not reject you, they will ask for more. If you have a straight forward case (no criminal history, no deportations, etc.), you really don't need a lawyer. A lawyer can't make evidence appear if it's not there.

So basically you can't prove the last 3 years?
You can use:
utility bills
medical records
school transcripts
bank statements

There's a bit of gray area with the following, but still usable:
invoices w/ your name & date
cell phone calls/txts

I believe you can also use affidavits to meet the 5 years requirement only. For the June 15 2012 requirement will be tough (no affidavits), but you can include evidence around that date or in the month of June, it doesn't have to be exactly on June 15.

Save your money, you don't need a lawyer for this.. hes just going to tell you what you already know, etc. I would suggest, if you have strong evidence from previous years, to include that as well if your case is weak in the recent years. Honestly if you can prove that you went to school here all your life, that would be very strong evidence towards your character.
