Your Filing System and Payment Method?

There seems to be a lot of confusion on the forums with regards to certain things.
I havent been able to keep up with the 50 threads a day, so since every thread gets a response im hoping to clear up some of my confusion.

1) Did you use the Bottom Tab Dividers? Did anyone use and submit Side Dividers?
For those who didnt use either, what did you use?

2) A thread was recently posted which i cant see (#30324), about payment. What is the general consensus here? Is it one Money Order / Check for 465 or is it One for EAD and one for Biometrics? Just to confirm the check is supposed to be written out to US dept. of homeland yes?

1) Use bottom tabs ONLY
2) Send only one check/mo of $465. If you're sending two applications (you and a sibling), you would send 2 checks/mo of $465 each, etc.

1) Is the consensus that side tabs will be rejected?? I need 6 tabs, and the standard avery bottom tab has 5. Also, it is non-existent in staples. Id have to wait days for amazon or ebay.

You can make your own tabs, that's what I did. You buy the standalone tabs and you get a white sheet of paper and you just stick them at the bottom. I had around 20 tabs, some overlapped other tabs, but my tabs where color coded so there won't be much confusion.

And no, you won't be rejected because you didn't include tabs, or place them in the wrong place. It's just for organizational purposes. Makes things easier for your case worker.

Honestly, i have side tabs and it looks better in comparison to the other pics i have seen on this forum (not to sound pretentious).

My other extreme alternative if this is really very necessary is to cut out my side tabs with scissors and stick those at the bottom in an organized fashion.

So hey I'm applying for both me and my sister.. Is it better to send both files separately or put them both in the express envelope and send them together?

Both applications are completely separated including the money order of course.

U can send it together but the website says to make it clear that they're 2 separate applications by using rubber band or something of that nature

No tabs just clips , sent 1 cashier check for 465
