App Sent: 8/15/2012 USCIS Dallas Lockbox USPS overnighted that baby fast! Received: 8/16
I-797c received on 8/27 Biometric appointment on 9/17 (done on 9/13)

APPROVED OCT 14

The consensus from the forum is that you should wait until all current cases are APPROVED and for all in the same situation to wait after the EAD's given expire and then submit your cases.

Please do this and advise everyone to do this who has the same doubts.

Its a common sense answer... NO why would you admit to them that you broke a more serious law? dumb they know people use fake ss but by putting in your application you are putting it all in their faces.

Sigh....another topic about the same thing.You can if you want to or not on the form there are NO penalties that I've seen for someone who has placed the numbers or otherwise.

You will be approved for DACA but you get barred from ever getting a permanent resident if you used fake SS and claimed you were a citizen.
