Make a long story short,

Me and my Ex broke up.

She gave me an iPad when we use to date.

Now she wants the iPad back and i refuse to give it to her because of the amount of money i spent on apps/books.

She said she was going to file a police report and get it back. This scares me the most because i don't want it to harm my application. But it seems like this is a legal matter instead of criminal matter. But i really don't know.

The iPad was bought by her using her card through Walmart online and she had me pick it up under my name.

^^

What would she have reported you for?? This is an ipad she willingly gave you as a gift...not a child you adopted together.
Unless your argument over this became physical...like you beat her or something...It doesn't seem like you would have any charges on this, or serious charges if any, so don't worry.

It was a gift...she has no case. If it was for her, but she let u use it it's one thing. However it was a gift bought for u, then it's ur property so there is nothing she can do. Seems like u guys had a bad break up, cuz she seems bitter. Lol

Stupid bitch.

Under the law, a gift is made when three things happen:

(1) Donative intent. The giver intends to make a gift.
(2) Transfer of the property to the donee. The gift is given.
(3) Acceptance. The donee accepts the gift.

Once those three things happen, a gift is complete. A gift can not be revoked or taken back.

Challenge her,
Dress up like this guy.
