I-797C Letter Wrong Middle Initial

I received my I-797C in the mail and on the letter regarding deferred action my name is correct, but on the notice for I-765 my middle initial is a "S" instead of an "A", what should I do?

IS that a mistake? or did you put that intentionally?

If its a mistake, contact them before it escalates to something else.

I didn't put it there intentionally, and I didn't make a mistake on the application (I have a copy of it, I checked). Whoever inputted my name did it wrong, but on the notice for I-821D the full name is correct, so why would the I-765 be different?

call them up and say there is a mistake. Shouldn't be a big deal. Isn't that what it even says on the I-797 letter?

It does say "Please notify us immediately if any of the above information is incorrect."

Mine middle initial wrong too. on phone now.

my DOB was wrong, but just called the number in there...that's what I did and got a confirmation number for my records..

My middle initial is wrong on my receipt for I-765 too. How did it work out for you?

Interested in knowing how it worked for you guys? When I was on the phone the representative kept reading of a script. She told me to contact the service center to handle the error. Still waiting to hear back.
