Mailing it tomorrow morning - please check/critique my packet!

I've done a cover letter and included the following after the cover letter

Signed and dated wherever needed and wrote just my name on back of both passport photos.



Evidence packet include

Am I missing anything? Any critiques are welcome! I used ACCO paper clips and ACCO binder clips to hold my packet together. Mailing it tomorrow morning to the Chicago Lockbox Facility, I'm so nervous

i think you might need something more to prove you're here on 6/15/12. i think in the instruction USCIS said that affidavits itself won't provide sufficient proofs with certain exceptions. if you have any bank account statement nearing that date, i'd use that or provide something more "concrete".

i think you should also send your high school transcript in addition to your diploma (hs)

Using my HS transcript for proving I came here before 16. Also those aren't affidavits, they are letters from directors showing I attended certain events on certain dates with a copy of a sign in sheet

U should probably include ur passport if u have one...if u dont u need to get one ASAP (if possible).

For the June 15th, i think if u have any kind of bank transaction, mail (anything u might wanna include it). It doesn't have to say June 15th exactly, but anything with a date near the 15th should be fine.

Besides that everything looks lovely. Im jealous ur pretty much done with school (congratulations on that). Me receiving EAD will spark the start of me furthering my education. Good luck.

I don't have a bank account, that's the problem. I finished school in the winter of 2011 and don't have any monthly documents to help me. I just have volunteer work as proof

If they can print out a schedule for u, that should be perfectly fine. However u should be fine either way. Ill vouch for u being here on the 15th of June. =)

Remember you can't use affidavits to prove you were here on the 15th. Look through all your mess and check if you have anything for June with your name and date.

There's also a requirement where you have to prove you where in the US at the time you sent your application.
