yeah, it feels good to drive again guys. i was actually on deportation/removal so it's good to be 'legal' again for now. so a little history

1. asylum gone bad case and in removal. i have had my DL before so they have all my clean record there...bla bla

2. i used my i-767 notice. i live in orlando Fl so take note. i went to that Earl K. Wood tax collector guy on highway 50 and john young parkway. these guys are much nicer trust me over the years i have used many places but this one never fails to deliver without complications.

3. drive safely

ps am a she......

pss i already had SS# and a DL before, it had expired and i think that made half of the work done. i just do what i always do before, just give them anything fresh from USCIC usually some case pending and they work with me. so yeah..... just wanted to tell MY good news

Let me understand this right.

The only reason you got to renew your DL was because
  • You had previously been issued a DL
You received an I-797C for the receipt of your DA app.

People might be confused and try to get benefits from their I-797C when these don't exist.

So they gave it to you on just the I-797? Or did they just give it to you because you had already been given one before? Let me know! Cuz I thought you had to clear before they sent you a real plastic one? Let me know!

Well they give you a paper ID for only 30 while you wait for 30 days for your ID in the mail. but paper is good enough for me.

I was thinking some may try the SSA Letter of Ineligibility in place of the SSN in addition to using the I-797 Notice of Action.
