Twic card?

Some jobs require you get a twic card to work for them will we qualify for one?

Yes we qualify.

My husband has a TWIC card. He had to show that he is a USC to get one but other immigration statuses qualify. For example, he and a coworker started working at the port. His coworker is born here and he isnt. They only asked the coworker for a license while they asked my husband had to show his US Passport and social.heres a link for the immigration status

I've done a lot of research on this topic and I'm inclined to think that we can't get a TWIC. In the application for it there is a long list of requirements for non-citizens such as having temporary worker status or other criteria--DACA is definitely not on that list.

However, it may be possible that the list has not been updated though I doubt it. Anyone has any info on this?

In conclusion i believe we do qualify, and i did use the search engines idiots it doesnt come up thats common sense genius people ^^ or else i wouldn't be asking
