I haven't sent my application yet.
But for those of you that have sent it, have anyone gotten rejected or know anyone that has for lack for evidence?

We wont know of any rejections until perhaps October. I highly doubt there will be any/many rejections from lack of evidence however. The more i hear about the DACA program the more it seems like all they really care about is that u were here before ur 16th bday, that u have graduated/are attending HS, and most importantly have no criminal record.

Im not saying to take it lightly...u should send EVERYTHING u have at disposal to show u meet all the requirements. It just seems like if u have strong evidence to support u were here before the age of 16, graduated/attending HS, and were present on June 15th u should be fine. When i called the USCIS hotline inquiring about the past 5 years requirement, they tend to just say "send what u have." In fact one person actually told me a while back (on the hotline...i called several times about the 5 year proof lol) that since i got my HS diploma in 2004, that i already have sufficient proof i was here the past 5 years.

People that have had their package sent back, they posted here and said that it came back with a green note and an envelope to resubmit. They also said the pages had some kind of numbers on the side, possibly meaning that they were scanned.

I've also read about two Packages being turned down because of USCIS error. One of them said a check wasn't Provided even though the original check was included in the RETURN package. The other one said the preparers info and signature wasn't included even though the applicant had filled the paperwork themselves. In both situations USCIS was called and they were able to resubmit. I don't know if they had to go to the back of the line though.

Yes u are incorrect sir...i counted how many calls i made. All the info they gave us were as clear as ever. However the "past 5 years" was extremely vague, so i called quite a few times inquiring about it. I kept getting mixed answers, so i kept calling until the answers become more consistent.
