Hi the reason I am making this thread is because while my wife has 2 barcodes on her ASC appointment notice, I only have one. Does anybody have one instead of two? My application number says I821D but the code in front of it is for the I765, did they make a mistake? Thank you.

I got 2. It doesnt really matter . Theres a BIG CODE on the top right. Once that is scanned, it will show both.

PS: Funny thing is that when the lady scanned it today, It said it was for I-765 and i-485(PERMANENT RESIDENCY). hahha!!! Then she called her supervisor and asked me if it was Deferred Action i was applying for lol!!

No. it's not new to them they just need the top barcode to identify you, ie A # info etc.

Why would you? 765 is based on 821 so one will suffice.

What if it was wrongly scanned for I-485 and we just don't correct it?
And then we stealthily got permanent residence...muahahahahah
