As many DACA applicants are currently being approved, I find it helpful to know which should be the next steps. If you have HELPFUL information, please elaborate on any of the following:

Driver license:
Documents Needed -
Should you wait until receiving EAD to process, or is Form I797 enough?

SSN: Documents Needed -
Wait until EAD is received? -

For those married to US Citizens, will DACA and EAD help in your petition?
For EWI and now approved under DACA, is Form I130 the right form?

Thanks and good luck to all.

1. Wait for EAD.
2. Get your Social Security card.
3. Get DL.

I'm not sure if it will help you in your petition. You might not have to go back to your country to fix your papers since your illegal time here was forgiven for 2 years, but I'm not absolutely sure about that so check with a lawyer.

Driver license:
Documents Needed - Depends on state, consult your DMV's website, or at least tells us where you live. All of them require a proof of social security, so wait for your SSN before you go down to DMV.
Should you wait until receiving EAD to process, or is Form I797 enough?

SSN: Documents Needed - Just the EAD, fill out form SS-5, bring it a to social security office with the ead.
Wait until EAD is received? -

For those married to US Citizens, will DACA and EAD help in your petition?
Doesn't help, doesn't hurt
For EWI and now approved under DACA, is Form I130 the right form?
Nope, DACA doesn't clear EWI, nor does it pardon previous overstayed time. if you were less than 18 and a half when you applied, then you can leave US without triggering a 3/10 year ban and have your spouse petition for you. Something tells me that after the elections Obama might pardon us of all previous illegal presence, as he either way will have nothing at all to lose.

Thanks and good luck to all.
My responses are in red.
