Can you be denied after biometrics?

I assume biometrics is mainly for background check... if you made it that far does it mean you're in the clear basically? No problems with application or evidence?

Your application doesn't get denied or accepted until your background check comes back from the FBI, so yes.

I would highly doubt you're in any way shape or form cleared of anything.
With you're biometrics coming back you're case would be only in the first step of adjudication, up to that point your case would only have been check for completeness of the apps and procedural work.
Once the totality of your case has been compiled, ie. biometrics and background checks complete, then can an adjucator make judgement on Deferred Action.
