Help please.

I need some help. I have all my school records , bank statements and medical record but i dont have any proof of my stay for 2009. What do i do. Any sugestions.

send in at least 2 affidavits of continuous presence. make sure to get them notarized.

Try utility/phone bills, rent receipts, attendance at a gym, or any club membership.... (anything with your name)

If you have misplaced your bank statements, you can request statements for a specific period if you simply cannot find them. You can do this in person at the bank, or online. I used the online option & the statements arrived within a few days.

Medical (appointments, prescriptions), or dental (braces, appointments, payments, etc.) records also help---basically anything you can find to fill in the majority of the gap in 2009 you have. I would suggest you read the update on USCIS.gov if you have not already done this.

Do you kno of anyone on this forum that was approved by using affidavits?
Please answer I have the same problem...My cousin doesnt have anything. for 2011..he never got bank account..he doesnt pay rent.no medical records. no car. no cellphone. he didnt want to get a job because of the ssn issue..He played by the rules and now he can't prove he was here. This is stressful because he has evidence for all the other years except 2011!!

Also see if you kept any postmarked envelopes with your name on it. Any online purchases? Memberships? Even junk mail? If you don't have them, look in your email inbox for online receipts. If you are religious, see if you can get affidavits from members of your org.

My cousin doesn't even have that..he stopped using his email a couple years back and now he can't remember the password..I think we are going to go to the pastor and tell him to see if he could do a letter for us..
