I am in no way dogging on all my fellow DREAMers who did a walk-in, BUT im starting to think that because all those walk-ins, they clogged up the system and overloaded it.
They gave us all appointments for a reason. They had it all planned out, to keep the system running smooth and fast. This is just my POV on it. What do yall guys think?

To those to who did walk-ins,
you all suck.
I knew about the walk-in option but I was very sick leading prior to my apptment and could not go earlier. Darn.

How do you know this is the case????????????????????????????????

Maybe your case is so complicated it took all adjudicator to review it, thus you're actually at fault and we should pray that your case gets denied so we can all move on.. Maybe you're a fraudster. Maybe you don't qualify and you're pretending to be a DREAMER.. PRove it beyond a reasonable doubt.. Cmon...

Let's make blunt statements that have no basis or merit to the whole of the conversation.

LOL

I am so sorry to tell you but your argument is invalid. You did a walk-in, cheated the system, and already got your EAD. I in my case, have a clean case, so im not a "Fraudster" and if you look at my timeline, I WAITED for my appointment, which I did 2 days ago. You are just talking mess bc you already got approved and your set. What do you care about the ones that are waiting patiently like us?

Lockboxes receive an average of 12k applications perday, 90% of which are routed to the various service centers because the other 10% can't even have their cases accepted because the imbeciles can't follow instructions. Officers adjudicate all kinds of cases, not just i-821ds, and they won't even start reviewing people's cases until they complete their biometric testing. What this means is that people who cut in line simply gain precedence over those who decided to wait for their appointment date. Therefore the assertion that walk-ins would slow down the adjudication process is fucking idiotic because the volume of cases that has to be reviewed still remains the same--the inflow of applications never stops. You should be ashamed of yourself OP for spreading your shitty logic.

You make no sense just like your original statement.

You want to categorize people because they did this or did that. This is not a merit system and you want a COOKIE because you waited. You want someone to blame for something, don't blame me or anyone else, this is your case, and only yours, USCIS will look at it and see if they'll defer you, they looked at mine among all the rest and found me worthy.

Don't try to come in here and say stupidness and expect people to agree with you.
