Proof of july 15, 2012 presence

I'm having a hard time trying to find proof of being present in the United States in july 15,2012. I was out of school by that time so I have no school records from that time. I dont have any bank statements or any bills since everything is under my parents'name. Also, is the cover letter necessary?

My lawyer did a cover letter. The easier you make them find and track evidence in your file the easier for them to approve you.

As for June 15th, that is a tough one. Can you get a letter from your apartment office stating you lived there in the month of June?

I would try to get the document that has the date closest to JUNE 15 as possible. Something from before and something after. After that , I would try to get some affidavits, but keep in mind that affidavits are not enough, you need something in writing that has a date as close to june 15 as possible.

yeah it doesn't have to be EXACTLY on june 15 but close like 2-3 days before or after the 15th.

Yeah that should be fine. I only have a bill dated june 12th.
and my bank statement with transactions on the 4th, 12th and 29th. That should be enough.

Since we are already discussing this topic, my brother has only his Plane tickets on June 22nd. And a doc's prescription note on the 28th of June. You guys think it's that good enough?

I personally think that's really good evidence. A High diploma is a very credible document that they'll take seriously. Now try to find something after June 15. Something in July, August?

Ok.. See if by got any mail on ur name around that (ex- from colleges, hospitals, blockbuster, AT&T or whatever) and second, I'm sure u have a phone and used it for calling or texting around June 15, and even if ur name isn't on the invoice.. I'm thinking (I hope) if the number matches the number u put on the G-1145 form.. They might give u some leeway on that.. Good luckk
