Like everything is stuck or frozen for all the applicants that send it on September -____- specially reciving biometrics appointment...& anyone has any updates on governor Brown singing the bill the would grant Dl it's been on his desk for 3 weeks now

A girl that lives in my building received biometric appt less than 2 weeks after sending in her application.

I think that has happened to pretty much 90 % of us...

it took 2 weeks for me to get the email/txt notifications wtf lol

I got my bio after 3 days of receiving my receipts.

Wait so right now people can't get DL until he signs that law? Even if they get the Work Permit?

it took me a week to have my biometrics and receipts in the mail, i am going to attempt a walk-in this friday at Riverside worse they can do is turn me down

I think it's moving pretty fast.. I received my I-797c official receipt and Biometrics appointment at the same day.
I sent my app 9/13 through a lawyer it was received 9/17. Got my G-1145 notification on 9/20.

My biometrics is on October 16.

The bill is on Gov Brown's table. It only requires action of signing OR in-action for it to pass.. So you'll find out a week from now, iirc it was placed on his table August 31, 2012.
