Hey all,

So it's weird that EADs are being approved while the status of the DACA (1821D) is still pending. I wanted to get a general view on the order of approval of both applications as well as if anything has ever gone awry for anyone even after either one of the apps were approved.

I'll be happy I they approve my EAD first like everyone because they obviously approved I-821D. By the way congrats.

Can you put "Doesn't matter" in your poll? Because it really doesn't matter. If you had your EAD approved, that means your I821D was approved, period.

This is a dumb thread. They approved both almost together. There might be a two day delay like me but no huge ass gaps to be concerned.

I got approve 10/02 for DACA and I still haven't gotten approve for EAD... I don't know what's going on but at least I am approve for something; it's just a three day delay for me so far but I am counting that by the end of the day I'll be approve!

If your EAD is approved first, your DACA will be approved for sure because you can't apply for an EAD without DACA.

If your DACA is approved first, there is a possibility that your EAD won't be approved.
