So the short version. My college is taking a trip to italy for three weeks! Is there a way i can travel with them, since you know its school related? I'd love to visit Italy... Thanks!

Sure. You'll have no problem leaving. Just wait until you try re-entering the US though. This has been discussed plenty over the last two months. I suggest you use the search function.

Unless it was work related and or emergency such as family. First of all... they would deny your request based on a school trip.

Have you been approved for your EAD? If you were and you were feeling lucky and decided to travel not heeding all the recommendations out there do you really think USCIS would approve your AP in 3 weeks?

I dont know how old you are but if you have accumulated over a year of illegal status then no, its still not safe to go.

You need to speak with an Immigration attorney and take his advice.

From what I understand, even with Advance Parole, you won't be guaranteed re-entry into the United States. Re-entry will be granted to you by the Border Patrol agent.

If you have accrued unlawful presence in the United States, you could trigger the 3/10 year bar from re-entry, even with Advance Parole.
