So I'm currently 21 yes old..the i130 got approved within two months. Now goes the priority date...I've been waiting on for 18plus months... all of my siblings and family are USC and LPR. I'm the only one left out, anyway bottom short how will cspa help? I know there's calculations and stuff. Does it mean I go down to another category since I over aged?

You're welcome. Tomorrow I'll be giving the immigration attorney who represented my mother's case a visit. My hope is that he included me as a derivative on my mother's i-130. I'll be so pissed if he says that he didn't because of the statute's clauses at the time would have made it pointless > : ( . I'll report back. I'll also ask him a few questions about DACA, travel, and restrictions of living under what's basically TPS.

Oooh I'm in Houston too! Great! I hope it goes well. For me it was my dad's employment petition and I know for a fact his lawyer locked away the files and charges about $200 to get them if I want to find out... *hope it's not the same lawyer lol* I'll be stalking you on here then

$200, ( . . )! Last time I visited this guy (his initials are TB) about 3 years ago he was charging $25 per consultation, hopefully the costs have remained the same *gulp*.

A cyber-stalker? for me!? I am so flattered

To clarify, this only applies to those who were originally applied for by a US citizen right?

Nope. From my understanding at least all Family Based Petitions, but if this is so, then it would be for Employment Based too.

USCIS/BIA said that it only applied to F2 applicants. 9th Circuit Court said, NOPE, this applied to ALL.
