If you are 17 years of age do you need to have an adult with you when you go do the biometrics? Also does anyone know if Charlotte NC allows walk in?

I'm not sure...they might. They might not let anyone in without a notice, but you could try with your parents since you're a minor. Just my two cents.

Yes, you should call your ASCor USCIS, although I don't think you need anyone with you. You are the one filling everything out and getting fingerprints taken, but still, call to make sure.
