Urgent held needed!

I mailed my packed on friday and is suppose to arrive on monday but I was worried about something on the I-765 application. I put "Pending Deferred Action" since thats what the guy that did the paper work told me was suppose to be put. BTW I went to a help center that was set up through CUNY CITIZENSHIP (in ny cuny colleges). But on the instructions its says to put "unlawaful status deferred actions for childhood arrivals by Ice" will my aplication be REJECTED?? I can get the package before its delivered to make the change if its really serious... Has anyone done this and gotten approved please help..

That should probably be ok some people put that. Other people put no lawful status or unlawful status. They should know what you mean.

yea people going to CUNY citizenship now really need to becareful. wat i noticed when i went was that some of them really don't know wat they were doing. especially the one that screens ur apps before they let u see a actual lawyer. ask all ur questions to the lawyer near the end

It's cuz lawyers and those who help out know the same thing we know. A lot of lawyers made mistakes... It's all about reading the instructions good like 3 times... You don't need no lawyer for this... They know the same thing you do.
