Hi guys I want your opinions on this, especially from those who used the same evidence and have/have not been approved.

I got a RFE letter for continuous presence from 2009 till present (I graduated High school in June 2009 and they have records up to then). What I have gathered are medical records from 2008 till present. I have at least 4 doctor visits every year that have been accounted for in the records. They do however, have gaps.. sometimes one month gaps, sometimes 4 month gaps. I am not sure if I should try to fill in every one of those gaps, or if this evidence would be enough?
Then, for the entire year of 2011 and 2012, I have college transcripts to show on top of the medical records.

The only other thing I have for 2009 - 2010 are pay checks written out to my name (NOT paystubs, i did not pay taxes for 2009-2010, but my employer paid me in check... kind of like self employed). Should I include those? I dont have a real SS, but have used my Tax Id number for work and the last 4 digits show on the paystubs/checks. For the DACA application I left every SS # spot empty.

So, what should I do? use only the medical records and transcripts, or add the extras?
any help will be greatly appreciated

Medical records/bills and those college transcripts should be awesome evidence for your 2008-2012(and I hope they have your current address listed on the papers, or if you have multiple addresses then it should be one that matches one of the addresses you listed on the I-821D), and I think you really should be approved once you show them those. I believe I saw posted a couple of times (even from USCIS reps) that try to cover at least 1 specific time each year from the 2007-2012 continuous presence requirement.

I would say add whatever extra you can find, no matter if you think it won't help much...but make sure logically you think the extra evidence is somewhat useful...don't send them totally irrelevant stuff.

I think the general consensus is once you have been issued an RFE, is to go all out with your evidence as a second RFE may not be certain

They asked for evidence for 09 to present? Did u include the college transcripts for 11-12 with ur evidence? Cuz the only gap I see is 2010.. And for that u said u have 4 medical records.. You seem like u had enough proof.. I would've thought you'd be good to go.. Idk why u got RFE'd..

If it's any consolation, I have bigger gaps in evidence, sometimes a year long gaps. All I have are bank statements. Graduated H.S. in '05, no medical records after that, no pay stubs (work off the books), no tax returns, started college only in '11. So aside from bank statements, I have very few evidence from '07 - '11. I haven't sent my application yet.

Girl09, send in EVERYTHING. I wrote in the Vermont thread, but don't parse your evidence. Segment it all out by the year and send in everything you have. This requires full force attack. Paper down those USCIS agents with your evidence.

As for the others, I would SO send every single thing that I've done on a month to month basis. Period. Emails, Facebook, ALL OF IT. Don't care if it ends up being 200+ pages.

Thanks for the help everyone.
I ended up sending in everything I had, even paystubs, checks, tax id #s, tax returns. I was scared about sending in my tax returns and paystubs because I dont have a social, but I attached my tax id letter, which is what I used for work. I hope all goes well now.

So you previously sent them only evidence up till 2009? Are you EWI or an overstay?

no, I sent them evidence after 2009 too, as I said on different threads, my college transcripts covered both requirements but I guess they lost that.
I am a visa overstay from Brazil. I sent passports, visas, entry stamps, i94 number (not the actual card) and other documents.
