Sorry if this has been asked already.

The only requirement that I don't meet is the:

Must have came to the US under the age of 16.

I came when I was 16 years old.

A: Does anyone know of someone who applied for DACA even though they arrived when they were 16 years old?
B: Were they lucky enough to be approved?

It says that if my application gets denied, they will only refer my case to ICE if I have a criminal record. My record is clean, never been arrested or anything like that.

Any info or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

"Came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday;"

If you came when you were 16, you do not meet the requirement.

Okay.

There is no "lucky enough" to be approved, you either meet the requirements or you don't. If you were to send in your application, it would immediately be denied because it doesn't meet the basic guidelines.

Sorry to hear this. There are free clinics going on, maybe drop by with your evidence. Are you 100% sure you entered when you were 16? and it was before june 15th, 2007? In general, those are the rules and failure to meet any requirement would disqualify you. Just be 100% sure when you check your records. If you entered with a visa then it should be clear if you are eligible or not. If its EWI, might be a different case.

I entered legally when I was 15 years old stayed for a month then left. I came back a year later when I was 16 years old legally and overstayed my visa to this day. This was before June, 2007.

I was just hoping that somebody knows someone that tried and was successful.

But I get your point, thanks anyways guys.

Talk to a lawyer bro! You might be eligible. To be eligible you must have entered the country before the age of 16 which technically you did. It doesn't say anything about you having to be 16 the last time you entered!

I'm sorry you don't qualify

"trying" to qualify when you clearly don't meet the requirements constitutes as fraud. USCIS takes this very seriously, so I hope no one actually has tried that.

ever heard of "continuous presence"?

if you've got $465 to spare then try your luck. just don't lie about it, or else it is fraud.
