what degree do u need to become police office?

i am just curious cuz there is no police degree in my college
what classes should i take to become police officer?

i want to become police officer!!

A college degree isn't required if you want to be an officer. You have to apply, get accepted and make it through the academy. If you want to have another "higher" position, you should take some courses. Also, most federal and state-level agencies require a college degree.

But, from what I've heard, most police departments hire only US citizens or those with permanent residence who are close to/have applied for naturalization. Definitely check the requirements for wherever you want to serve.

You're right they only hire us citizens. My bfs in the process for a few departments and they all require citizenship.
